Rob Felix began managing community associations in 1980 and after 20 years of large-scale, resort community management launched his successful Industry Consulting/Reserve Study business in 2001 named Consolidated Community Services, LLC, dba The Felix Reserve Group.

With a background in construction operations, he combined a degree in business and finance, and years of service to various industry segments to become a national leader in community association management, finances, operations, and successful community and team building, and continued to grow his reserve study/consulting business.

As an industry enthusiast, Rob assists developers, management companies, managers and communities through uniquely designed Reserve Studies, project administration, operational and financial analysis, community and team building programs, leadership development, strategic thinking programs, education and expert witness services.

Rob teaches and speaks extensively around the world on community industry topics, develops and facilitates specific education and training programs, and works with organizations to define and advance industry leadership topics.
